As we know, exfoliating helps to remove excess dead skin - however, our skin also exfoliates naturally on it’s own. That being said, it is important not to over exfoliate. Use the Deep Cleansing Exfoliating Mitt no more than 3 times per week (less for sensitive skin) & always be sure to moisturize after exfoliating. Use in a bathtub or steamy shower. Do not use oils or soap products while you exfoliate with the mitt. After soaking, rinse the mitt with hot water and slightly ring it out, keeping it slightly moist. Put the mitt on your hand & apply slight pressure while scrubbing your body in an upward, circular motion. A thorough exfoliation will remove dead skin cells & any left-over sunless tan. Once you are done, rinse your mitt & hang it to dry.
